• All deliveries are sent with plain packing.
• “12Condoms” will NOT appear on your bank account statement.

Delivery

• We deliver within the UK.
• We will normally post your order the next day. However, we promise a 30 day delivery period to cover stock unexpectedly running out and us having to re-order from the manufacturer.

Payment

• Our checkout accepts payment using VISA, MasterCard, Electron, UK Maestro and Solo. You can also checkout through PayPal or Google Checkout. PayPal and Google Checkout both require that you create an account and associate a credit card with the account, but the process is very simple.

Satisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with your order we will do everything we can to sort out your problem. If you are still not happy you can ask to have your order returned and your money refunded.
